Delivery across Pakistan

Delivery is PKR 250 per order, or free for orders of PKR 12,000 and above. The final delivery charge is shown before you place your order. Service availability and dispatch timing are confirmed before fulfilment.

Cash on delivery

Pay the order total to the courier when your order arrives. No online payment is collected during checkout.

Track your order

Your confirmation includes a private tracking code. Save this code or print your receipt. The tracking page shows order progress and, once dispatched, the courier reference entered by our team.

Order changes & cancellations

Orders can be cancelled by store management before shipment. Cancellation returns reserved stock to the catalog. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled through the store.

Returns & fit issues

The returns window, return address and support contact have not yet been published. Prescription lenses are custom-made, so eligibility must be confirmed before fulfilment. Do not place a live order until these terms are available.
